Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the procedure for refunding payments made through the PayNet website, owned by "M.A.X SYSTEMLƏRİ PLYUS" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). By using the Site to make payments, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy. All refunds are governed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including the Law on "Consumer Rights Protection" and other normative legal acts.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Refund Policy regulates the terms and procedure for refunding amounts paid through the Site.

1.2. All refunds are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the terms of agreements with service providers.

1.3. Refunds are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of service receipt, provided that the service was not rendered or was rendered improperly.

1.4. Products such as licenses and electronic vouchers are non-refundable as they are unique and one-time use, according to the terms provided by the service provider.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. Refunds are only possible upon providing documentary evidence of an incorrectly made payment or non-provision of the service.

2.2. Refunds will only be issued to the card or account from which the payment was made.

2.3. Payments made using prepaid cards or vouchers are non-refundable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the terms of the service provider.

3. Refund Procedure

3.1. To initiate a refund, the user must submit a request to the support service of "M.A.X SYSTEMLƏRİ PLYUS" LLC, providing payment details and reasons for the refund.

3.2. Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days from the date of the request.

3.3. Upon approval, the refund will be credited to the original account within 5-10 business days from the approval date.

4. Limitations and Denial

4.1. "M.A.X SYSTEMLƏRİ PLYUS" LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if the payment was made correctly and the service was provided in accordance with the terms.

4.2. Refunds cannot be processed if more than 14 calendar days have passed since the service was rendered.

4.3. Products such as licenses and electronic vouchers are non-refundable as they are one-time use and cannot be reused.

5. Policy Changes

5.1. "M.A.X SYSTEMLƏRİ PLYUS" LLC reserves the right to make changes to this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.

5.2. Users are responsible for keeping track of the current versions of the Refund Policy.
